Customer information is kept in an online database designed to organize tree and lawn-care companies and within Quickbooks online to maintain company financials. Some of the information provided to Capitol Tree Care, LLC includes your name, home/property address, phone number, e-mail address, job title and company name.
For any services requiring payment, all credit & debit transactions are processed through Authorize.Net, a secure merchant service provider. Any client paying through our online payment system set up through Authorize.Net is subject to Authorize.Net’s policies and terms of use. Information required by the user on Authorize.Net includes name, account/card number, expiration date and the CVV number.
Sharing Client and User Information
Customer and user information is not shared with any third party vendors, websites or companies unless agreed upon by the customer or user to provide a service, a product or to obtain necessary permits from municipalities. Capitol Tree Care, LLC’s company website (arboristaustin.com) contains links to other websites for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes, in which no customer information is shared. In the event that the client or user is guided to another website via Capitol Tree Care, LLC’s company website, the client and user is subject to the privacy and user policies of the respective company, party or website. Capitol Tree Care, LLC will also disclose information we maintain when required to do so by law.

When a client or user would like to update any personal information, they may submit their request and new information via e-mail or a verbal phone call. Any marketing e-mails or phone calls can be requested to cease via a verbal phone call or e-mail in which a representative from Capitol Tree Care, LLC will remove the client or user from the marketing list.
Protecting Client and User Information
Client and user information is stored within Quickbooks and Arborgold in which reports and work orders are viewed through company devices to minimize a paper trail and promote sustainability. Any customer information that is printed onto paper work orders, proposals, invoices, receipts, etc. are shredded to ensure further personal information protection and disposal.
